Jason Dennison
Jason worked for an American based Company "Morrow Equipment" in Australia for many years, they specialized in erecting, operating, and dismantling Liebherr cranes in the South Pacific region.
His extensive international experience, professionalism and quality workmanship saw him start his own company called JD Rigging Services in 2004. An exceptional Company that offers its customers a one stop shop for anything Crane.
His passion for Cranes and Training the next generation led him to become an Industry renowned Crane Trainer and Assessor.

Anna Ramm
Anna Ramm has applied her extensive skills within HR, Leadership and L&D in a wide variety of industries.
This led her to open up her own Business Consultancy, Network HR where her sought-after outcome focused strategies and results driven initiatives led her to partner with Jason Dennison.
Together they have worked on a number of Industry leading initiatives such as the first recognized Crane related Gateway Programme which is an initiative that empowers students leaving College to go straight into Employment, skilled and ready to work.
Through these successes Lift Up was created.
